Production and shipping schedules may vary due to manufacturing requirements, freight availability, customs processes, and other factors beyond Pinnacle's control.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Pinnacle may use third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, couriers, shipping lines, and transport companies.

Once goods are transferred to the freight provider, delivery timing is subject to the carrier's operations.
