Pinnacle Group supplies custom manufactured, sourced, wholesale, and export products. Many products are produced specifically to customer requirements and therefore returns and refunds are limited.

Defects affecting up to 2% of the total order quantity shall be deemed commercially acceptable manufacturing tolerance.

Such defects do not entitle the customer to reject the entire order or demand a full refund.

Pinnacle reserves the right to inspect, test, or evaluate goods before approving any claim.

Photographs, videos, samples, or return of goods may be required.
